Die Cut Vinyl Decals can be created to the specific size and shape you need. Tailor it to your product or logo to help visually communicate your message. Vinyl is our most popular custom decal material and is flexible enough for application on moderately curved surfaces. Screen printing on vinyl creates the most durable decal available! Use them indoors or out.

Four-Color Process - Available on White Vinyl printed in 100 line screen. Fine type, thin lines and critical solid colors should be printed as an additional color. Match colors require an additional charge. Separations created from a digital file add $196.00 (G). If imprint bleeds off edge, extend artwork 1/8" beyond cut line. A color key proof is provided for review before printing.
Die Cutting -
- No charge for circles every 1/2" diameter.
- $142.00 (D) for special shapes or round corners through 141 square inches or when either dimension is less than 1", initial order only.
- $184.00 (D) for special shapes or round corners on sizes from 142 through 500 square inches, initial order only.
- Write for prices for die cut decals larger than 25" x 42" or larger than 500 square inches.
Color - Any standard color.
Color Match - $39.00 (D) ea. No guarantee of perfect matches.
Copy/Design Change - $26.00 (X) for each color affected by a copy or design change through 141 square inches. Size, item, colors and shape must be the same and copy must be received at one time. Each change must be in multiples of the minimum quantity for the size ordered. Not available on four-color process.
Material/Item Change - Not available.
Production Time - Approximately 10 working days. 15 working days for four-color process. Expedited service available.
